• Satisfaction Guarantee: Clients must provide notice of any service concerns within 24 hours of completion. Glowhome Cleaning Corp will return to reclean the area at no additional cost if the complaint is valid. No refunds will be issued after this 24-hour window.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To maintain our schedule and fair wages for our crews, Glowhome Cleaning Corp requires at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Safety and Access

• Access: Clients must provide a reliable way for our team to enter the property (key, code, or being present). If our team cannot enter, a "lock-out" fee may apply.

• Furniture Moving: During Deep Cleaning services, our team will move light furniture to ensure a thorough clean. However, for safety reasons, we do not move furniture exceeding 50 lbs or large appliances that require professional disconnection.

• Mold Removal: We provide standard mold and mildew removal in bathrooms and kitchens. For heavy, structural, or toxic black mold infestations, we recommend a specialized remediation service as these fall outside the scope of standard professional cleaning.
